Personal Training

One to one and group training can be arranged to suit your schedule. We offer long-term programs and short introduction packages ideal for beginners. Between our instructors we have a wealth of experience in different training modalities, martial arts and nutrition.

Boxing Training

Boxing classes for all levels and abilities. We empasise fun, fitness and good fundamental technique. Beginners are welcome.
