One to one and group training can be arranged to suit your schedule. We offer long-term programs and short introduction packages ideal for beginners. Between our instructors we have a wealth of experience in different training modalities, martial arts and nutrition.

Thai Boxing

Thai Boxing or Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand. The sport has evolved from a military fighting system and has become internationally popular. The simplicity and efficiency of the techniques make Thai Boxing an ideal martial for for self-defence.
