We offer fitness and martial arts classes for all ability levels, from complete beginner to the next contender.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness

  • 17:00 – 19:30
  • 10:00 – 12:00

Simple effective general fitness training including cardio, strength and mobility. Sessions include basic fundamental movements using your own bodyweight, kettlebells and other functional training equipment. This class is designed to be the ‘meat & potatoes’ of your fitness training. The workout of the day lasts about 60 mins. You can complete the workout anytime between the start and finish times shown above. An instructor is available throughout this time.

Thai Boxing

  • 18:30 – 19:45

Thai Boxing or Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand. The sport has evolved from a military fighting system and has become internationally popular. The simplicity and efficiency of the techniques make Thai Boxing an ideal martial for for self-defence. If you are ready for the challenge you can take part in sparring sessions and inter-club bouts. The sessions are run by very experienced and qualified trainers. All ability levels are welcome.



Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art which incorporates self-defence, acrobatics, kicks and music. Classes increase strength, flexibility, fitness and coordination. Capoeira Natural do Brasil is now bringing capoeira to you at Elite Fitness & Martial Arts through Graduado Animado a direct student of Brazilian master Contramestre Anjo.

Outdoor Pursuits

Training isn’t all about sets and reps in a gym. We organise varied outdoor activities and challenges, and provide training inside and outside of the gym to prepare you to take part.

One to one and group training can be arranged to suit your schedule. We offer long-term programs and short introduction packages ideal for beginners. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
