After playing football for more than 10 years Carlos fell in love with martial arts and has trained in wrestling, boxing, Thai boxing and kick boxing. Carlos is currently competing and has won 8 of 10 fights in kick boxing (3 fights) and boxing (7 fights). Carlos’s style is built on great fundamentals and an overwhelming work rate. Known as a cardio ‘machine’ Carlos loves pushing himself and his clients to reach new levels.
